    ROBIN TAUCK
    FOUNDER + PRESIDENT

We’ve consulted on development projects with Presidents, Ministers, Princes and Tribal Chiefs, but our greatest inspiration comes from the people who call these amazing places "home."
Robin Tauck is a philanthropist and travel business leader committed to creating positive social, cultural and economic change. She is an advocate for the global travel industry’s positive economic impact and the potential of sustainable tourism and public-private partnerships to support environmental conservation and cultural heritage protection.

Robin is a co-owner and the former president of Tauck, a leading, third-generation luxury travel company with business in over 80 countries. During her 35-year career, she oversaw operations in Africa, China, Southeast Asia, Europe, Central and South America, India and the Middle East. She founded Tauck’s World of Giving in 1998, honored by the White House for its work with the U.S. National Parks System.

Robin is a U.S. Commissioner to UNESCO, the advisory body to the U.S. State Department; a member of the U.S. National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites; a longstanding member of the World Travel & Tourism Council; and as of 2014, Chair of Global Impact at Tourism Cares. TRIP is her private family foundation.

She is a graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Program. She holds a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from The University of Vermont, where she was honored with a Legacy of Leadership Award in 2000 and later founded the Entrepreneurship and Family Business Initiative at the School of Business Administration. In 2015, she was inducted into the Connecticut Women's Hall of Fame in recognition of her career.
